Rachel Thomas, ESQ
Associate Attorney
Ms. Thomas represents Businesses, Corporations and individuals for and against Contractual, Business and Employment Lawsuits. Her areas of practice include Class Actions, Labor and Employment Law and Americans with Disabilities Act. She serves the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Diego Counties.
Prior to joining Emilio Law Group, APC, Ms. Thomas worked at the Riverside District Attorney’s Office and interned at the Orange County District Attorney’s and Los Angeles District Attorney’s Offices. Ms. Thomas graduated from Western State College of Law, Magna Cum Lauda, and during law school she was involved in the Law Review, the Mock Trial Competition Team and was a Dean’s Fellow.
In her spare time, Ms. Thomas enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is very active volunteering in her church. Ms. Thomas also has a background in media, marketing, digital and print design.
