Laure Cortez, ESQ

Ms. Cortez represents Individuals, Businesses & Corporations for and against Contractual, Business and Employment Lawsuits. Her areas of practice include Class Actions, Collections, Construction Law/Defects, Contracts/Forms, and Employment Law. She serves the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Diego Counties. 
 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Cortez worked as a paralegal for over 12 years, assisting both Emilio Law Group attorneys, as well as other attorneys in complex litigation in Contractual, Business and Employment Litigation, Class Actions, as well as Collections, Personal Injury, Americans with Disability (ADA) claims, and other business-related litigation. 
 

In her spare time, Ms. Cortez enjoys spending time with her Husband, and three Sons, and is very active in her sons schools, volunteering in classrooms and participation with the Parent Teacher Organization, serving as a member of the Fountain Valley Action Committee on Education (ACE), a legislative action group, representing Tamura Elementary. She is also actively involved with the 4th District Parent Teacher Association of California.
