Daniel G. Emilio, Esq. Founder, Senior Counsel Daniel G. Emilio has been practicing in the area of Employment and Business law almost exclusively since 1993. Mr. Emilio represents both Businesses and Individual Employees, giving him an opportunity to see both sides of the law, and the best tactics to both pursue and defend Business Lawsuits. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Emilio was the President and CEO of several successful Manufacturing Companies, including 20 years in a Metal Finishing/Plating Company and steel fabrication Company, and 5 years with a Chemical Equipment Catalog Sales Company. Mr. Emilio has extensive experience in entrepreurship, the business world, and management of a Corporation. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Emilio has primarily emphasized Employment and Business Litigation. Mr Emilio strongly believes that for Businesses, the best method to protect companies from Lawsuits is to take protective measures such as No-Cost Mandatory Arbitration Agreements for all business contracts, and employment agreements. Mr. Emilio also strongly emphasizes preventative measures in handling Employee Disputes, such as legal consultations regarding regular business practices and policies, carefully documenting all improper employee behavior, and prompt resolution of employee disputes before a lawsuit is filed. In 2003, Mr. Emilio also expanded into the Complex area of Business and Employment Class Actions. Mr. Emilio has successfully certified several Employee Classes, representing thousands of Employees in their claims. Mr. Emilio has also resolved several Class Action lawsuits, representing both Defending Corporations, and Employees alike. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Emilio is a California state certified Adult Residential Facility (ARF) administrator and a state certified Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) administrator. This experience has helped Mr. Emilio represent both RCFE and ARF homes and their caregivers in employment matters. Mr. Emilio also founded and is the owner of www.Calcare.US, a search database for RCFE, ARF, Group Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Child Care facilities.
