In 2001, We expanded into the Complex area of Business and Employment Class Actions. Our Office has successfully certified several Employee Classes, representing anywhere from 250 to 180,000 Employees in their claims. We have also resolved several Class Action lawsuits, representing both Defending Corporations, and Employees alike.

The case is settled and has been handed back to the Superior Court from the Appellate Court. We are seeking approval for Settlement from the Superior Court for over 4,500 Autozone employees.Blackburn vs. Barry Security
The Court has certified our case of approximately 7,500 employees and we have settled the case with the employer are presently accepting claim forms from class members.

This case has been certified for 2,500 Kelly Home Care care givers and 180,000 Kelly Services employees. The Defendant has appealed the judge's ruling through a petition for writ of mandate, which is currently pending. They have also filed a motion for reconsideration of the ruling.
Huey vs Dana's Housekeeping
The case was certified by the court for approximately 7,500 employees, and we are waiting for approval by the court of the proposed settlement.
