Martinez vs. Autozone The case is settled and has been handed back to the Superior Court from the Appellate Court.  We are seeking approval for Settlement from the Superior Court for over 4,500 Autozone employees.  Fuller, Hackler vs. Kelly Services This case has been certified for 2,500 Kelly Home Care care givers and 180,000 Kelly Services employees. The Defendant has appealed the judge's ruling through a petition for writ of mandate, which is currently pending. They have also filed a motion for reconsideration of the ruling.                    Huey vs Dana's Housekeeping On August 10, 2009, the Court granted final approval of the Class Action Settlement, and authorized disbursal of the settlement funds.
